We offer client-centered services, acknowledging that our clients are best able to determine what they need and are treated with unconditional positive regard at all times. This approach relies on the relationship between the client and therapist, and often focuses on enhancing the client’s understanding, sense of self, self-awareness, and self efficacy. As therapists, we are here to witness, support, and provide safety for our clients.
Your therapist will take some time to get to know you and answer any questions you may have. They will first conduct a mental health assessment. Once this is completed, your therapist will work with you to determine your treatment goals and develop a treatment plan based upon those goals. This plan will be reviewed periodically to ensure it continues to meet your needs. As the client, you will determine the timing and pace of your therapy.
We work with students in grades Pre-K through 12th, offering individual and group therapy. We have fully equipped play therapy rooms at each school where children can experience unconditional positive regard and the relational foundation needed to engage in their educational and therapeutic work.
We partner with schools to provide mental health therapy to students and their families, consultation to teachers and staff, school-wide trainings on topics such as creating trauma-informed classrooms.
We partner with MSW, Counseling Psych, LMFT programs to host graduate student clinical practicums. We have a robust training program that offers students a variety of clinical opportunities with children, adults, families, and schools.
We provide supervision for therapists working toward professional licensure.
We encourage those interested in furthering their professional journey with us to consider contract work or employment.
